A warm and loving atmosphere!
MVPC welcomes

you and your child
to our nursery!

We believe that each child holds a very special place in the Kingdom of God and that nurturing a vital faith and development of Christian character is possible from the earliest years.

Trained volunteers and caregivers provide a secure, nurturing atmosphere as they care for babies and toddlers in Noah's Nursery. Daily life lesson experiences are reinforced with songs, play and supervised activities designed with children in mind.

2 months to 24 months

Sundays, 9:00am and 10:30am

Welcome to Noah's Nursery
You may check your infant/toddler into Noah's Nursery 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the Worship Service or class. Babies must be picked up from the nursery directly after the completion of worship/program.  Noah's Nursery is not staffed to keep infants and toddlers during the break between services.

Location
Noah's Nursery is located on our main campus, directly across the Courtyard from the Sanctuary in Room 107. Click here to see our campus map.

Age Limits
Babies from 2 months to 12 months old will be cared for in the infant section of Noah's Nursery. Before infants can visit the nursery, we suggest that the first series of inoculations be completed.

Toddlers that are 13 months and walking will be cared for in the toddler side of the Nursery. Two year-olds are promoted from the Nursery to our two year-old class in our Promiseland program in September of each year.

Check-In Procedures
When you are attending a Worship Service, class or volunteering in a service capacity, you may bring your child to the check-in counter in Noah's Nursery. A loving caregiver will greet you and your child at the time. The safety and security of all children is top priority with us! You will be required to complete a registration form and sign your child in and out of Noah's Nursery. An identification tag will be placed on your child and all his/her belongings.

Pagers
Though most children are happy and content in Noah's Nursery, sometimes a child needs mom or dad to return before the service is over. You will be given a numbered pager to carry with you while your child is with us in Noah's Nursery. After you have completed the check-in process, simply wave a quick good-bye and leave for the service or class. As you know, it is normal for little ones to cry when leaving a parent but this does not last long. Our caregivers will immediately try to create interest in a toy or activity and give comfort to your child. If your child cries for an extended amount of time, or the staff needs your attention, your pager will vibrate to notify you to return to Noah's Nursery.  Please remember to place your pager in a pocket or clip it to a belt.

Snacks
Snacks are given out to our children during their time in Noah's Nursery. Snacks are age specific and might include: Cheerios, graham crackers, water, or diluted apple juice. Snacks will NOT include any items with nuts. Please indicate any known food allergies when completing your registration forms and remind the caregivers of the allergy at check-in.  Also please provide an appropriate snack for your child.
