The Created to Serve workshop is like a treasure hunt! Participants take a holistic look at the unique way God created them and what that means in terms of His purpose for their work in ministry. Areas of discovery include:
Spiritual Gifts
Heart/Passion
Abilities
Personal Style
Experiences
The four-hour workshop is team taught and highly interactive. The curriculum is a combination of individual inventories and reflections, group exercises and videos. Everything is grounded in scripture and prayer.
After the workshop, participants are invited to meet individually with a ministry guide, to discuss their individual SHAPE and places to serve that would be a good match for them.
