QUEST: A Christ-centered youth group for middle school kids. We offer opportunities to explore, learn, and exercise what it looks like to become disciples who authentically walk with Jesus within community. The Quest team desires to partner with and support parents in order to help families grow together as disciples of Jesus Christ.

Thanksgiving Dinner with Harbor House has been a favorite event for our middle school students for years.  It is a time for the Harbor House students and our Quest students to spend time and share a meal together.  It is also a wonderful opportunity for our entire church family to join in by contributing menu items for the meal or donate $30 to help purchase the turkeys!  Please use the buttons below to register your middle school student or contribute a menu item or donate toward turkeys.

Quest Winter Retreat at Hume Lake – January 26-28, 2018

All middle school students are invited to experience an amazing weekend at the beautiful Hume Lake Christian Camp immersed in an environment of Christ centered teaching and powerful worship. This year we will embrace the hope that Christ gives us for eternal life and the way that hope impacts our purpose and meaning as we experience it in the here and now.

With dynamic speakers, rock-band style worship, in-depth small group discussions and super fun activities, this is a weekend of bonding and growth for everyone!  Winter Retreat at Hume has been the memorable beginning of long-lasting relationships with Jesus for quite a few of our MVPC students.  We hope your student has a similar experience.

Spaces are limited so CLICK HERE for more information and to register!

OTS (Opportunities to Serve):

Tutoring at Harbor House

During the last two school years, Quest supported our neighbors at Harbor House in OaklandQuest tutoring at Harbor House in their after-school program on select Wednesdays.  This has been a great opportunity for Quest students to help elementary school age students at Harbor House with reading, writing, and math – as well as offering love and support to our neighbors.

We hope to resume this service activity when Canyon Road opens!

Medical Release Form:  Each school year, this form needs to be updated for any student to participate in an event off campus. Please fill in the form online and then print, sign and turn it in to the Family Ministries Office before the event your student will be attending.
