Senior High Ministry is a Christ-centered inter-generational community for high school students. Our goal is that every high school student develops faith that is rooted in a knowledge in and experiences with Jesus, family, and the Church. Through large group gatherings, student led worship, relationships with committed and trained adult volunteers, and experiences with the whole community of Moraga Valley Presbyterian Church we are always seeking to create a community that follows Jesus, filled with the Spirit, and seeks the heart of God.
Senior High Wednesday Nights
Wednesdays, September – May | 7:00 – 9:00 pm | MVPC Forum
High School students from many of our area’s high schools come together every Wednesday night for worship, teaching, games and great music played by our student band. Small group time is spent with students from your own grade and led by experienced ATVs (Adult Team Volunteers). All high school students welcome, no registration required.
OTS (opportunities to serve) & Special Events
This spring break, join more than 250 students and adults from the Lamorinda area working towards justice and discovering the love of Jesus with our neighbors in Tijuana! As we build 13 homes from start to finish we will also learn about building relationships with one another and deepening our relationship with God. No construction experience is necessary; we supply the tools and training so you can help provide for a family in need. For over 25 years, MVPC has partnered with Amor Ministries to build hope and homes for more than 300 families in the Tijuana area of Mexico. Many of these families have never had adequate shelter or the sense of security that comes with sturdy walls and a solid roof. Join us and discover how one week of your life can change a family’s life forever.
