Amor Ministries headquarters is open 8:00am - 5:00 pm, monday through Thursday and 8:00 am - 4:00 pm on Friday.

The phone in San Diego is (619) 662-1200.

In the event of an emergency, call the Amor Ministries office, and press "0" for the operator.

State the emergency, and the message will be forwarded to the group in Mexico. The message will be forwarded to the group leader in the most discreet manner possible.

In the event of an emergency which takes place after hours, call the Amor Ministries office and the voice-mail system will offer an emergency feature. Leave a message and the system will begin pageing the Amor Management staff to pick up the message. The Management staff will then forward the message to an AMOR staff in Mexico and onto the group.

 

Dave's cell# is 925-899-0279 and it works well in Mexico but please use for emergencies only. Text or Voice call both work well.

Mexico information Line # is 925-376-4800 x 236. We will update this line by 10 am daily and more frequently on Saturday, April 7 as we drive home.

Dave will also be updating the trip blog (mvpcmexicotrip.wordpress.com) with pictures and comments.

Registration

To register for Mexico 2012 please click on the appropriate forms below and fill out the information online. Then print and sign the forms and deliver them to the MVPC Student Ministries Office along with a check made out to MVPC for the complete amount of the trip. The office is open M-Th 9-4:30 and Friday 1-4pm or you can mail it to MVPC Mexico 10 Moraga Valley Ln. Moraga, CA 94556.

Trip Cost

  1. $680 if post-marked or received in office by February 8, 2012
  2. $750 if post-marked or received in office after February 8, 2012

There will be NO REGISTRATIONS taken after February 29, 2012.                        

Trip cost covers all meals in Mexico, travel to and from Mexico via charter bus as well as travel to the job site daily, tools to build a house and the Amor registration fee with includes funds to build a house for a family in Mexico. Click here for Pre-Trip Packing List and What To Expect

Partial scholarships are available. We never want money to be a reason you can not attend an event with MVPC. Please contact Pastor Dave Ricketts or Evan Kolding, director of High School Ministries for more information.
