What's Happening:

We (Jr. High) merge with the greater MVPC famiy during Worship Service. We meet in the Sanctuary.

                 Sunday Mornings at 10:30am

Intersections-Tackle some of the difficult questions of the Christian faith and what it means to be a faithful follower of Christ in a rapid-changing world. On April 20th we will continue the discussion of the new atheism. Led by a teaching team. Meets in the Fellowship Hall.

                     Midweek Programs

Last Jr. High Gathering (A.K.A. Quest), June 5th: 7-8:30pm (MVPC Forum)This is our last time meeting during the school year; it will be the last activity before the 8th grade class moves on to join the High School Ministry (June 17th). Please join us for a Bar-B-Que (no cost) at 6:30pm prior to program.

Summer Mid-week Gathering Begins June 19th 4-6pm-anyone between the incoming 6th grade class to soon to be 8th grade class are invited and welcome to meet us each Thursday @ the Grubbs' house (54 San Pablo Ct. Moraga, 925-376-9646) through July 31st. Our first gathering will include a BBQ from 6-7pm for the 5th grade class and parents.

Coffee Time: Stop by the Rheem Starbucks anytime between 3:30-5pm on Tuesday's for your favorite beverage, and join us for wherever the conversation takes us. Bring some money for your beverage and any other purchases. Our last Coffee time is June 3rd.

Things to Come

Incoming 6th Grade Class Preview Night-the incoming 6th grade class is invited to join us on May 22nd for a 'taste test." We are also encouraging everyone to bring a friend to this. Program starts at 7pm, and will end at 8:30pm; dinner ($5) is optional and starts at 6:30pm

Baccalaureate Sunday June 8th-the greater MVPC church body is celebrating our 8th class and Seniors this day. We will be honoring the 8th graders during the 9am Worship Service, then please join us following the service for a celebratory gathering below the santuary in the Music Center. All family members are invited to this!

Harbor House, July 21st 12:30-6pm- We have recently started a relationship with Harbor House Ministries, in Oakland, and thus we have committed ourselves to being a part of their program on a regular basis. We'll gather at 12:30pm on the MVPC campus, then head over to Harbor House to help out with their youth program for the afternoon. Bring money for dinner, as we'll grab dinner afterwards in Oakland.
