MVPC’s Middle School is a place where 6th to 8th grade students can get together in a safe, fun, welcoming environment and explore what it means to follow Christ. Our Thursday night gatherings and Middle School Sunday Bible studies are designed to encourage students to interact with peers as well as trained volunteers from our congregation who will walk alongside them as they explore their faith (read more below). Throughout the year, middle school students also have opportunities to serve with local mission partners like Harbor House in Oakland for Thanksgiving and engage in special events and retreats such as Fall Frenzy at Mount Hermon in November. Middle school programs and events are open to all 6th to 8th grade students who want to deepen their relationship with God and discover what it means to follow Jesus.
